The Toltec Apartments was the first project for the Revel Group.  A typical 3-story New York walk-up, it was commissioned by Augustus Maverick in 1914 as a place for his children and guests to have space for themselves next door to the mansion (which he inhabited in the adjacent property.)  It was completely remodeled and restored to the 14 original apartments.  It is a residential haven in the area and offers parking, a yard, and easy access to all downtown has to offer.  This property was sold in 2003.
